摘    要:以复合固体酸SO4^2-/Fe2O3-TiO2为多相催化剂,通过环己酮和乙二醇反应合成了环己酮缩乙二醇。探讨SO4^2-/Fe2O3-TiO2对缩酮反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了酮醇物质的量比,催化剂用量,反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。实验表明:SO4^2-/Fe2O3-TiO2是合成环己酮缩乙二醇的良好催化剂,在酮醇物质的量比为1:1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的2%,带水剂选用环己烷,反应时间1.5h的条件下,环己酮缩乙二醇的收率可达92.7%。

Abstract:Cyclohexanone glycol ketal was synthesized from cyclohexanone and glycol in the presence of SO4^2-/Fe2O3-TiO2, and factors affecting the reaction were discussed including molar ratio of cyclohexanone to glycol, mount of catalyst and reaction time. The optimal conditions were molar ratio of cyclohexanone to glycol with 1 : 1.5, 2% of catalyst, cyclohexane as water - entraining agent, reaction for 1.5 h and the yield of cyclohexanone glycol ketal could be reach to over 92.7%.
