摘    要:为了进一步加强物联网在线监测技术和传统制造业的结合,以膨胀节为核心,辅助以网络传感器构建膨胀节智能监测系统,可以实现膨胀节的泄漏报警。根据膨胀节使用工况,提出危险介质、高温介质、高压介质三种场合的膨胀节在线检漏系统的设计方案,该方案将物联网技术与膨胀节运行维护服务相结合,通过膨胀节结构的改进以及气敏传感器、温度传感器、声音传感器的灵活运用,能够实现对膨胀节检漏系统远程在线监测,从而达到提高膨胀节安全性能的目的。同时,指出了在线膨胀节检漏系统使用注意事项,以利于该技术的推广应用。

Abstract:In order to further strengthen the combination of on-line monitoring technology of the Internet of Things and traditional manufacturing industry, the expansion joint as the core, assisted by network sensors to construct the expansion joint intelligent monitoring system, the leakage alarm of expansion joint can be realized. According to the working condition of expansion joint, the design scheme of on-line leakage detection system of expansion joint in dangerous medium, high temperature medium and high pressure medium is put forward. The scheme combines the internet of things technology with the operation and maintenance services of the expansion joint. Through the improvement of the expansion joint structure and the flexible use of gas sensor, temperature sensor and sound sensor, the remote on-line monitoring of the expansion joint leakage detection system can be realized, so as to improve the safety performance of the expansion joint. The attention in the use of the on-line expansion joint leakage detection system are pointed out to promote the application of the technology.
