摘    要:为了提高12CrMo9-10钢的埋弧焊接质量,在12CrMo9-10钢焊接性分析的基础上,采用焊接工艺试验的方法研究了该材料的冷、热裂纹敏感性。试验显示,焊接最小预热温度≥160 ℃的情况下可以避免焊接冷裂纹;在对原材料微量元素化学成分特殊要求的情况下,不同热处理工艺下焊接接头均未发现再热裂纹的发生。研究表明,通过合理控制焊前预热温度(≥200 ℃)、焊接热输入(≤3.0 kJ/mm)及层间温度(≤250 ℃),试板焊接并经热处理后可以获得满足相关标准及技术条件要求的各项性能,且焊接接头具有良好的抗回火脆化性能。

Abstract:In order to improve the submerged arc welding quality of 12CrMo9-10 steel, based on the weldability analysis of 12CrMo9-10 steel, the cold and hot crack sensitivity of 12CrMo9-10 steel was studied by welding process test. The test shows that the welding cold crack can be avoided when the minimum preheating temperature is ≥160 ℃. Under the special requirements for the chemical composition of minor elements composition of raw materials, reheat cracks were not found in the welded joints under different heat treatment processes. The research shows that by reasonably controlling the preheating temperature (≥200 ℃) before welding, welding heat input (≤3.0 kJ/mm) and interpass temperature (≤250 ℃), properties meeting the requirements of relevant standards and technical conditions can be obtained after welding and heat treatment, and the welded joint has better anti-temper brittleness property.
