氟比洛芬酯用于上腹部手术病人超前镇痛的临床观察

目的:观察氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛对上腹部手术病人术后24小时内镇痛效应的影响.方法:选择接受上腹部手术患者60例,随机均分为两组.每组30例,A组手术结束前30分钟静注氟比洛芬酯5mL(50mg),B组则静注生理盐水5mL, 两组病人术毕均采用硬膜外自控镇痛(即PCEA);记录两组病人术毕拔管时的反应、术后镇痛副作用和术后1小时、2小时、4小时、8小时、16小时、24小时的 VAS评分及各分隔时间段PCA(即自控键)的使用情况.结果:术毕A组病人全部安静拔管,B组病人全部出现躁动, A组术后镇痛副作用明显比B组少(P<0.01);术后1小时、2小时、4小时时的VAS评分, A组明显低于B组(P<0.05),且各相隔时间段使用PCA的量A组也明显少于B组(P<0.01);在8小时、16小时、24小时时两组的VAS评分和各相隔时间段用PCA情况基本相同(P>0.05).结论:氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛用于上腹部手术病人,有效且安全,能有效减少镇痛药的使用,减少副作用的发生.
