甘蔗人工砍切过程的仿真方法探讨

摘    要:甘蔗根部切割质量直接关系到收获过程中的损失和宿根质量。机械化收获甘蔗普遍存在割茬不齐、破头率高、收获损失大等问题,而人工砍蔗切割质量好,甘蔗损失小。为了研究人工砍蔗的机理,运用高速摄影技术,对人工砍蔗过程进行了分析研究,并仿照人工砍蔗过程建立了摆锤切割试验台,为进一步改进根切器的设计提供了依据。

Abstract:Discussed that quality of sugarcane root cutting directly relate to the quality of stubble and losses of mass in harvesting. In mechanized harvesting, high damage feasibility of stubbles and high loss rate highly impact the spread of sugarcane harvester, while manual cutting always performs low loss rate and good cutting quality. In order to study manual cutting theory, analyzes the process of sugarcane manual cutting by sliw-motion technology. A swing-hammer cutting tester was made according to sugarcane manual cutting, and it provides a test-bed for further research of sugarcane manual cutting.
