摘 要: | 介绍了蓄热式加热炉燃烧技术工作原理和发展,并对主要加热设备如蓄热烧嘴、蓄热室、换向装置、控制系统进行了分析。蓄热式技术能够最大限度地回收出炉烟气的热量,大幅度地节约燃料、降低成本,同时还能提高炉子的产量,并减少CO2和NOx的排放量;在国际上被称为21世纪的关键技术之一。石家庄钢铁公司加热炉采用PLC对蓄热器的换向装置进行自动控制,每150s换向一次。新型蓄热室分别预热空气和煤气,可以使空气和煤气温度均达到800℃以上,热效率达70%以上,大大节约了燃烧费用。

Abstract: | This paper introduces the working principle and progress of regenerative reheating furnace combustion technology and analyzes main heating equipment such as regenerative burner nozzle,regenerator,reversing arrangement and control systemWhen using the regenerative reheating technology,a great deal of heat can be recovered from flue gas,with a great save of fuel and cost,increase of furnace output and reduction of CO2 and NOx dischargesThis technology is one of key technologies in the twenty one centuryIn Shijiazhuang Iron & Steel Co,the PLC is used for autocontrol of regenerator's reversing arrangement on reheating furnace,with reverse run per 150 minutesNew regenerator can warm up the air or coal gas to a temperature of over 800℃,with a thermal efficiency of over 70% and a great save of fuel cost |
