| 摘 要： | 笔者在参与了黑龙江省宽带流媒体系统建设工程监理的基础上,介绍了宽带流媒体服务系统构架及其组件,并阐述了应用于流媒体系统的传输质量控制、防火墙穿透两种重要技术,最后介绍了宽带流媒体系统在黑龙江省的具体应用情况.
