摘    要:采用等体积浸渍与固相反应法制备单金属氧化物催化剂。使用实验室自制的固定床反应器,考察干化污泥催化热解行为,着重研究5种金属氧化物(MgO/γ-Al2O3、NiO/γ-Al2O3、FexOy/γ-Al2O3、Cr2O3/γ-Al2O3和CuO/γ-Al2O3)对干化污泥催化热解可燃气的催化效果。结果表明,温度从500℃升高到900℃时,FexOy/γ-Al2O3的催化效果相对最好,干化污泥热解析出可燃气(H2+CO+CH4)产率分别从1.01%、33.32%提高到21.04%、56.95%;与不使用催化剂相比,900℃时热解可燃气产率提高71%,实验推荐催化剂用量为5%。

Abstract:A series of metallic oxide samples were prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method and solid phase reaction.The catalytic pyrolysis behavior of dried sludge was investigated in a fixed bed reactor made in the laboratory.The catalytic effects of five metal oxides(MgO/γ-Al2O3,NiO/γ-Al2O3,FexOy/γ-Al2O3,Cr2O3/γ-Al2O3 and CuO/γ-Al2O3)on the catalytic pyrolysis of combustible gas from dried sludge were studied.The results showed that when the temperature rised from 500℃to 900℃,FexOy/γ-Al2O3 had the best catalytic effect,and the yields of pyrolysis gas(H2+CO+CH4)from dried sludge increased from 1.01%and 33.32%to 21.04%and 56.95%,respectively.Compared with no catalyst,the yield of pyrolytic gas increased by 71%at 900℃,and the amount of catalyst recommended for the experiment was 5%.
