摘    要:乳腺癌发病率逐年上升,且病死率占所有肿瘤中首位,已成为威胁女性健康的重要因素。早期诊断、早期治疗不仅可降低乳腺癌病死率,也可提高患者生存率及改善其生存质量。超声影像组学是一个新兴的研究领域,能从超声图像中提取可定量分析的高维数据。近年来,超声影像组学已广泛应用于乳腺癌的临床诊疗方面。本文就超声影像组学在乳腺癌诊断、分子分型及淋巴结转移情况评估等方面的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:The incidence of breast cancer in the world is increasing year by year, and its mortality ranks first in all tumors, which has become significant threat to female physical and mental health. To reduce the mortality, enhance the quality of life, and improve the survival rate in patients, early detection, diagnosis, and treatment are essential. Ultrasound radiomics is an emerging field that can extract high-throughput quantitative image features from ultrasound images. In recent years, ultrasound radiomics has been widely applied in the differential diagnosis and prognosis and treatment evaluation of breast cancer. This review summarizes recent radiomics research on tumor diagnosis, prediction of molecular tumor subtype, and prediction of axillary lymph node metastases.
