| 摘 要： | 寒地城市公区空间环境的拓展及环境质量直接影响到居民的身心健康，也是评价一个城市素质的关键，针对我国目前一些寒地城市的自然环境 况进行了剖析，对寒地城市环境质量，环境色彩及城市景观等的创造，提出了新的设想。

| Abstract: | The expansion of the public space surroundings and the environment quality has direct effect on the residents' mental and physical health,which is the key to evaluate the city quality.This article analyzed the natural state in the present cold city areas,and put forward creative and original suggestions for the surroundings quality,colours as well as landscape in cold areas. |
