| 摘 要： | 矿井兼并重组是一项从煤炭开采源头上控制资源浪费的有效措施,为更有效地实施节能减排提供了基础。介绍了重组前山西煤炭开采状况,探讨了兼并重组后煤炭企业的节能减排管理,提出了兼并重组条件下的煤炭企业节能减排措施。

| Abstract: | Mine＇s annexation and reorganization,which are the effective measures for controlling the wasting of resources from the beginning of coal mining,provide the basis for effectively implementing the energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper probes into coal enterprise＇s management of the energy conservation and emission reduction after the annexation and reorganization,and puts forward some measures for coal enterprise＇s energy conservation and emission reduction under the conditions of the annexation and reorganization. |
