摘    要:退火处理是铝箔加工工艺的重要组成部分,主要是对精扎分切过的铝箔进行除油处理和光亮退火,提高其力学性能。退火炉是完成铝箔退火的关键设备,退火炉温度控制的好坏直接影响铝箔的质量。退火炉温度具有非线性、大时滞、时变性等特点。介绍了一种基于ARM的模糊PID温度控制系统,精确度高,稳定性好,实验表明该系统在过程控制中具有较好的控制效果。

Aluminum Foil Annealing Furnace Temperature Control System Based on ARM
Abstract:Annealing is an important part of the aluminum foil processing.It is mainly to degreasing and bright annealing for the aluminum foil which is been precisely cutting off.Improving its mechanical properties.Annealing furnace is the key equipment to complete aluminum foil annealing.Annealing furnace temperature control will have a direct impact on the quality of the aluminum foil.The temperature of annealing furnace has the characteristic of nonlinear,large delay and time-varying,etc.This paper introduces ARM-based fuzzy PID temperature control system it has high accuracy,good stability.Experiments show that the system has better control effect in the process control.
