关节镜下清理术结合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎49例

目的 探讨关节镜下膝关节清理术结合中药熏洗对膝骨关节炎（KOA）的疗效.方法 选择2011年3月至2013年3月在我院行关节镜下膝关节清理术治疗的98例膝骨性关节炎患者,治疗组49例为关节镜下膝关节清理术后结合中药熏洗疗法,对照组49例单纯行关节镜下关节清理术.比较两组治疗前及治疗后VAS评分及Lysholm膝关节功能评分.结果 两组患者组内术后VAS评分、Lysholm评分较术前均有显著差异（P＜0.05）.两组患者在治疗过程中,治疗组VAS评分、Lysholm评分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组Lysholm评分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗过程中没有发生严重的并发症.结论 关节镜下膝关节清理术结合中药熏洗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果相对单纯关节镜下清理术更为巩固与持久,因此关节镜下膝关节清理术结合中药熏洗是治疗膝骨关节炎的一种安全、有效的方法,值得进一步推广使用.

Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis by the Combination of Arthroscopic Surgery and Herbal Fumigation

Objective To explores effectiveness of the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis by the combination of the Herbal fumigation and Arthroscopic Surgery. Methods selects the in-patients in Guangzhou TCM University orthopedic hospital from Mar,2011. to Mar,2013. After Arthroscopic Surgery,treatment group and control group, each group includs 49 cases. Treatment group adopts the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis through the combination of Herbal fumigation and Arthroscopic Surgery. Control group adopts Arthroscopic Surgery. Record the Lysholm scale results and VAS scale results in the two groups before and after surgery. The results were analyzed by SPSS software according to statistics method. Results postoperative VAS scale and Lysholm score in the two patients group compared with the preoperative have significant differ- ences （ P （0.05）. Two patients in the treatment group during the treatment, VAS scale and the control group, significant differences （ P 〈0. 05）. the Lysholm score and the control group, significant differences（ P 〈0.05）. Two groups of patients hadn＇t complications occurring. Condusion Treatment group overall efficacy superior to control group. Arthroscopic knee debridement combined with herbal fumigation is a safe, effective method for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, worthy of further promotion.
