农村基础设施建设引入PPP模式探析

目前我国农村基础设施建设发展缓慢，农村基础设施建设受制于村庄规模、地理区位与地方财政承受能力等因素影响，引入新的融资主体将有效促进我国农村基础设施建设的发展。PPP模式突破了传统融资模式壁垒，其多渠道融资模式弥补了地方财政资金匮乏，能够有效提高农村基础设施建设、运营与监管效率。通过研究农村基础设施存在的问题及原因，提出引用PPP模式的建议。 

Introduction of PPP Model for Rural Infrastructure Construction

At present，development of rural infrastructure is slow.Rural infrastructure construction is subject to village scale，geographical location and local fiscal capacity factors.Introduction of new finance main body would effectively promote development of rural infrastructure construction in China.PPP mode breaks through traditional financing model barriers.Its multi-channel financing mode makes up for the lack of local financial funds，could effectively improve construction，operation and supervision efficiency of rural infrastructure.Based on study of problems and reasons of rural infrastructure，suggestion of using PPP model was put forward.
