2018年建筑业发展统计分析

基于翔实的统计数据，对 2018 年中国建筑业发展的总体状况进行了分析。包括对建筑业增加值与国内生产总值、建筑业总产值与固定资产投资、建筑业从业人数与企业数量、劳动生产率、利润总额与产值利润率、签订合同总额与新签合同额、房屋建筑施工面积与竣工面积、对外承包工程等方面的分析。总结出 2018 年中国建筑业发展的 5 个特点:苏浙两省建筑业总产值继续雄踞龙头；新签合同额增速放缓；大部分地区跨省完成建筑业产值持续增长且增速加快；多数地区建筑业从业人数增加、劳动生产率提高；特、一级企业对行业发展贡献明显。

Statistics Analysis on Development of China’s Construction Industry in 2018

Based on the detailed statistics data，a general situation of China’s construction industry in 2018 is analyzed including theindustry’s added value and gross domestic product，total output value and fixed assets investment，numbers of employees andenterprises，labor productivity，total profit value and profit ratio of production，total value of contracts and value of new contracts，om-going construction and completed building area，and value of overseas projects contracts. Five characteristics of constructionindustry development in 2018 are concluded: Jiangsu and Zhejiang are still leading in the total output value of China’s constructionindustry；the growth of the new signing contract value is slowing down; the cross regional output value of most provinces’construction industry increases，and the growth is accelerating；the number of employees and the labor productivity of constructionindustry in most provinces increase；and the contribution of the top - and first-tier enterprises to the overall development ofconstruction industry is significant.
