丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效研究

目的探究丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选择2016年9月—2018年11月于某医院进行治疗的急性脑梗死患者108例,依据随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,各为54例。对照组采用丁苯酞注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合依达拉奉治疗,将两组患者治疗后总有效率与治疗前后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、血清中炎症因子C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]水平进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组(81.48%),(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分与CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平分别为(8.93±2.36)分、(7.28±3.38)mg/L、(44.08±6.41)pg/mL、(17.41±1.34)pg/mL,均低于对照组的(12.28±3.32)分、(15.22±4.85)mg/L、(52.24±7.65)pg/mL、(20.30±2.25)pg/mL,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果显著,能有效恢复患者的神经功能,减轻炎症反应。

Clinical effect of butylphthalide injection combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of butylphthalide injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 108 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in a hospital from September 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into a trial group (54 cases) and a control group (54 cases). The control group was treated with butylphthalide injection, and the trial group was treated with edaravone on the basis of the control group. The total effective rates after the treatment and the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), the levels of inflammatory factor , IL-6 (IL-6) and TNF-α before and after the treatment were investigated and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the trial group was 94.44%, which was higher than that of the control group (81.48%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment, the NIHSS score, the levels of CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α of the trial group were lower than those of the control group , and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide injection combined with edaravone is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. It can effectively recover the neurological functions and alleviate the inflammatory responses of the patients.
