甲状腺癌术后碘131联合甲状腺激素应用效果分析

摘    要:目的分析甲状腺癌术后碘131联合甲状腺激素应用效果。 方法回顾性分析2016年6月至2019年7月间收治的196例甲状腺癌患者的临床资料。按术后围术期不同治疗方案分为两组,即联合组(n=98),采用碘131联合甲状腺激素治疗;常规组(n=98),采用甲状腺激素治疗;采用SPSSS23.0统计软件处理数据,两组肿瘤相关因子、乳腺癌转移抑制基因1(BRMSl )和细胞缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)阳性表达率等计量资料以( ±s)表示,采取独立t检验;残余甲状腺组织清除率等计数资料采取χ2检验;P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。 结果联合组用药3个月后残余甲状腺组织清除率62.2%高于常规组的46.9%;P53、Fas及TNF-ɑ表达高于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组用药后BRMSl和Cx43阳性表达率分别为92.9%、94.9%高于常规组的81.6%、80.6%(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论甲状腺癌手术患者采用碘131联合甲状腺激素治疗,能够提高BRMS1和Cx43蛋白表达阳性率,促使残余甲状腺组织清除,临床价值高,值得应用。

Analysis of the effect of iodine 131 combined with thyroid hormone after thyroid cancer surgery

Abstract:ObjectiveAnalysis of the effect of iodine 131 combined with thyroid hormone after thyroid cancer surgery. MethodsClinical data of 196 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital between June 2016 and July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different postoperative treatment options, the patients were divided into two groups: the combined group (n=98) was treated with iodine 131 combined with thyroid hormone during the perioperative period; the conventional group (n=98) was treated with thyroid hormone during the perioperative period. Spsss23.0 statistical software was used to process the data. The positive expression rate of tumor related factors, breast cancer metastasis suppressor gene 1 (BRMSl) and gap junction protein 43 (Cx43) in the two groups were expressed by ( ±s), and independent t test was used; the count data of residual thyroid tissue clearance rate was tested by χ2 test; P<0.05 was statistically significant. ResultsThe clearance rate of residual thyroid tissue in the combined group (62.2%) was higher than that in the conventional group (46.9%), and the expression of p53, Fas and TNF-α was higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of breast cancer metastasis suppressor gene 1 (BRMSl) and cell gap junction protein 43 (Cx43) in the combination group were 92.9% and 94.9%, respectively, higher than those in the conventional group, 81.6% and 80.6%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionTreatment of thyroid cancer patients with iodine 131 combined with thyroid hormone can increase the positive rate of BRMS1 and Cx43 protein expression and promote the removal of residual thyroid tissue. It has high clinical value and is worthy of application.
