缺血性脑卒中伴脑血管动脉粥样硬化狭窄的影响因素分析

目的分析缺血性脑卒中伴脑血管动脉粥样硬化狭窄的影响因素。方法选择急性缺血性脑卒病人142例，其中110例伴有脑血管动脉粥样硬化狭窄，32例无脑血管动脉粥样硬化狭窄。收集病人的临床资料，采用logistic危险因素回归模型进行缺血性脑卒中伴脑血管动脉粥样硬化狭窄的影响因素分析。结果多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，高龄、高血压、糖尿病，以及高水平的胱抑素C、D-二聚体、Hcy、apoA是缺血性脑卒中病人动脉粥样硬化狭窄发生的独立危险因素（P < 0.01）。结论缺血性脑卒中脑血管动脉粥样硬化狭窄的发生受多种因素的相互作用，通过预测动脉粥样硬化狭窄发生的风险，有助于采取必要的预防措施，改善病人的预后。

Analysis of the influencing factors of ischemic stroke complicated with cerebrovascular atherosclerotic stenosis

ObjectiveTo analyze the influencing factors of ischemic stroke complicated with cerebrovascular atherosclerotic stenosis.MethodsOne hundred and forty-two patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction(including 110 cases with cerebrovascular atherosclerotic stenosis and 32 without) were selected.The clinical data of the patients were collected, and the logistic risk factor regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of ischemic stroke complicated with cerebrovascular atherosclerotic stenosis.ResultsThe results of logistic risk factor regression analysis showed that the age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, D-D, Cystatin C, Hcy and apoA were the independent influencing factors of atherosclerotic stenosis in patients with ischemic stroke(P < 0.01).ConclusionsThe occurrence of cerebral atherosclerotic stenosis in ischemic stroke patients can be influenced by the interaction of many factors.By predicting the risk of the occurrence of atherosclerotic stenosis, it is helpful to take necessary preventive measures and affect the prognosis of patients.
