| 摘 要： | 针对济钢能源动力厂使用的AI180-11型煤气鼓风机频繁粘灰和结垢、对生产造成诸多影响的问题,系统地分析了转炉风机积灰的原因。通过采用向煤气鼓风机内喷加积灰分散剂除垢、防垢的方法,可使转炉风机的检修周期延长,减轻检修人员的劳动强度,降低设备运行成本。

| Abstract: | AI180 - 11 gas blower frequently be fouling and scaling. The problems made great impact on production. The reasons of the converter fan fouling were systematically analyzed. By adding fouling dis- persant into gas blower to removal scale and anti-scale, the period maintenance of converter fan was ex- tended, the labor intensity of maintenance personnel was reduced and the operating costs were reduced. |
