摘    要:研究了引起绝缘击穿、发生危及电缆安全运行的电缆接头故障.分析了10 kV交联电缆接头制作工艺引起绝缘损坏的原因,结果表明:发生电缆接头故障的主要原因是施工中的杂质、水气及气隙进入电缆接头,使得电缆接头绝缘存在缺陷造成发热、局部放电或击穿,施工工艺是影响电缆接头质量的重要因素.提出了对提高电缆接头质量有参考价值的改进措施.

Abstract:Recent studies suggest that cable joint faults are main reasons that cause insulation breakdown and endanger safe operation of cables.The insulation damage by the construction technology of 10kV XLPE cable joints were analyzed and it shows that influencing factors during making process like the entrance of impurities,aqueous vapor and air gap into cable joints are the main causes that make the cable joints heating,partial discharging and localized breakdown.Some measures were proposed for improving the qual...
