新城金矿深部全断面锚网喷支护技术研究

摘    要:针对新城金矿进入深部开采后巷道围岩出现频繁变形和破坏的现象,采用数值模拟的方法分析了不同锚杆长度、不同锚杆预紧力及不同巷道断面尺寸对支护效果的影响,结果表明:锚杆长度与锚杆锚固效果不呈正比关系,当锚杆长度超过2.3m时,锚杆锚固效果不再发生明显变化;当锚杆预紧力为100kN时,锚杆锚固效果最好;小断面巷道围岩表面拉应力明显小于大断面巷道,且其破坏区范围更小。通过以上分析并结合工程现场实际,提出了全断面锚网喷技术参数,并依据工程现场验证了该支护参数的可行性,为杜绝该金矿深部顶、帮冒落伤人事故的发生提供技术支撑。

Abstract:In view of the phenomenon of frequent deformation and failure of roadway surrounding rock after entering deep mining in Xincheng gold mine, the influence of different bolt lengths, different bolt preloads and different tunnel section sizes on supporting effect was analyzed by numerical simulation method. The results show that there was no positive relationship between bolt length and bolt anchoring effect. When the bolt length exceeds 2.3m, the bolt anchoring effect did not change significantly. When the bolt preload was 100kN, the bolt anchoring effect was the best. The surface tensile stress of small-section roadway was obviously smaller than that of large-section roadway, and its failure zone was smaller. Based on the above analysis and combined with the actual engineering site, the technical parameters of full-section bolt-net shotcrete were put forward, and the feasibility of the supporting parameters was verified according to the engineering site, providing technical support for the occurrence of the accident of the deep roof and wall falling and wounding in the gold mine.
