纳米SnO2-TiO2银基触头材料的制备与性能

摘    要:本文研究了掺杂纳米氧化物的AgSnO2触头材料的制备过程。分析了溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米SnO2-TiO2的结构与性能的关系,由于Ti^4 离子能够进入SnO2晶格,使触头导电率得以提高。通过对纳米AgSnO2触头材料与粉末法制备的AgSnO2触头材料性能的对比,得出纳米AgSnO2触头材料具有更高的导电率和良好的物理机械性能。

Abstract:In this paper the preparation procedure of nano SnO 2 TiO 2 contained silver electric contact materials has been studied and their propenies investigated. The Ti4" doped nano SnO 2 powder was synthesized by the sol gel method, and XRD analysis of the powder showed that Ti 4+ entered the cell of SnO 2 forming a substituted solid solution. The result shows that the electric materials prepared by this method have higher electric conductivity and better physical and mechanical propenies compared with those prepared by the powder method.
