| 摘 要： | 通过对铣削过程的分析，确定了切入冲击力的作用方向。对不同几何角度的铣刀片进行了有限元应力场分析，得出其受力变形的大小及应力分布状况，由此可分析出铣刀片槽型在铣削过程中的作用，对开发铣刀片槽型具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the milling process,the action directions of cut in impact forces are determined.The stress field analysis of milling inserts with different geometric angles is carried out by using FEM,the strain and stress distributions of milling inserts are obtained,then the action of slot types of milling inserts on the milling process can be analyzed.The results have an important significance for developing slot types of milling inserts. |
