| 摘 要： | 目的探讨通乳散癖汤治疗乳腺增生病作用机理、环节、最佳用药剂量。方法将动物分为空白组、模型组、乳癖消片组及通乳散癖汤高、中、低剂量组，除空白组外，其余各组用苯甲酸雌二醇及黄体酮联合造模，实验中期给予药物灌胃。检测大鼠雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）、雌激素受体（ER），观察乳腺、子宫、卵巢组织形态学变化，计算子宫、卵巢重量及其脏器系数。结果各组大鼠E2、FSH、ER均有不同程度的降低，乳腺、子宫、卵巢有不同程度的恢复。结论通乳散癖汤可能是通过降低乳腺对E2的敏感性，调节性腺轴，从而调节整体机能，且存在量效关系。
