| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨儿童银屑病予以综合护理干预的效果。方法 选取2021年3月-2023年3月我院收治的 40例儿童银屑病患儿作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组20例。对照组采用常规护理，观察 组采用综合护理，比较两组护理效果、负面情绪以及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理总有效率高于对照组 （P＜0.05）；两组干预后SAS及SDS评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理 满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理干预应用于儿童银屑病患者中，具有较高的护理效果，能 够有效缓解患儿负面情绪，且护理满意度较高。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in children with psoriasis. Methods A total of 40 children with psoriasis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 children in each group.
