| 摘 要： | 近几年，在中央中西部发展战略的带动下，河南省经过艰苦努力，投资环境有了明显改善，利用外资工作取得了一定成效，但若要进一步扩大引资成果，优化投资软环境是当务之急。文章分析了目前河南省在投资软环境方面存在的问题，提出了相应的建议和对策。
