女子拳击运动员赛前心理状态调查分析

文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计分析法等研究方法，对沈阳体育学院参加拳击比赛的20名女运动员进行赛前心理研究，主要内容包括赛前对自己能力的信赖程度、求胜欲望、兴奋程度、自我调节能力等方面。结果发现：竞赛的心理品质和运动员的竞技能力密切相关，同时通过调查分析发现运用科学的教学方法对拳击运动员进行专门的心理诊断、心理训练，有助于提高和改善她们的竞赛心理品质。

Pre-game Psychological Analysis on Female Boxing Athletes

By using documentation, questionnaires, statistical analysis, this paper studied the psychological state of the female boxing athletes in Shenyang physical education university. The investigation mainly included the aspects of self-confidence, competitive desires, excitment, self-adjustment. Competitive psychological quality was closely related to the competitive feast of an athlete. By the investigation, using scientific coaching, psychological diagnosis, and psychological training, the competitive psychological quality of athletes can be greatly improved, enhanced and fitly exerted.
