基于ANSYSWorkbench的大型数控龙门铣镗床床身静动态特性分析

摘    要:对某大型数控龙门铣镗床床身的结构特点和受力情况进行了分析。在此基础上以ANSYS12.1Workbench为平台,用有限元方法对该床身进行了静力学和模态分析,并在不同约束条件下对比了床身的静力学变形和模态。分析结果表明该机床床身静力状态下变形较小,低阶模态频率较高,符合使用要求,但结构较为厚重,优化空间较大,可进行进一步优化。

Abstract:The structure characteristics of a CNC planer type milling-boring machine body were analyzed.The static and dynamic characteristics of the body were analyzed by using the software of ANSYS12.1Workbench and the finite element method,and the deformation of static and modals were discussed with different constraint conditions.The results show that the deformation of the body was small,and the fundamental frequencies are high.The body can be optimized.
