摘    要:提出了采用微波谐振腔微扰法连续测量透平油含水量的方法,给出了含有微量水分透平油的等效介电常数的计算式,导出了透平油含水率与谐振器频偏之间的关系,设计了适用于透平油微水含量连续测量的谐振器及测量系统。可以通过选择高品质因数工作模式,提高系统对腔体失谐的检测灵敏度,采用低热胀材料和特殊谐振器端头结构的办法来提高测量精度。

Abstract:The on-line measurement method of the water content in the turbine oil is presented based on microwave resonant cavity perturbation. The authors deduced the formula of the volume proportion of water content in turbine oil. The resonant cavity and the on-line measuring system is designed. The measurement precision can be improved by selecting work pattern with high quality factor, advancing the measurement precision of the relative frequency deflection and adopting the tower thermal expansion coefficient material and the especial resonant cavity configuration. Ten ppm water content in turbine oil can be distinguished by this method.
