摘    要:液压支架四连杆机构对液压支架的性能具有直接影响,借助于C++软件,以顶梁前端点运动轨迹是直线为目标函数,通过改变前连杆与底座交点的坐标、四连杆各杆长度值、掩护梁的长度值和掩护梁与顶梁的夹角等,进而分析液压支架受力和梁端运动轨迹。

Optimization Design of Four-linkage Mechanism in Hydraulic Support Based on C++
Abstract:Four-linkage mechanism in hydraulic support has a direct impact on hydraulic support’s performance.With the help of C ++ software,this text takes the front end of the top beam point trajectory is a straight line as the target function,first changing the nodal coordinates of the front connecting rod and the base support;second changing the four connecting rod’s and shield beam’s length value,and at last changing the angle of the shield beam and the top beam.Further analysis the force of hydraulic support and the trajectory of end beam.
