| 摘 要： | 散货码头带式输送机上的物料通过分叉溜槽改变工艺流程线路时,由于物料粒度过大、流速低、过流面积大等因素,容易结块起拱,堵塞溜槽,引起分叉翻板无法切换流程,针对此问题,对分叉溜槽装置进行研究改进,提出一种新型分叉溜槽装置,并在实际应用中验证了其可靠性。

| Abstract: | The materials on the belt conveyor in bulk cargo terminal are easy to get stuck in the chute due to the particle size,low velocity and large orifice area,when changing the technological process by divided chute,which results in the operation switch failure.In response to this,a new device is introduced based on the study of divided chute and its reliability has been verified in practical applications. |
