| 摘 要： | 神华黄骅港翻车机系统压车器、靠车板的打开信号检测全部采用进口电感式接近开关，由于工况恶劣，经常发生损坏，严重影响安全生产。通过优化改造，用国产磁性接近开关替代进口电感式接近开关，翻车机系统性能稳定，故障率降低。

| Abstract: | Opening signal of vertical holding and horizontal supports for car dumpers of Shipping Agency(Huanghua) Corporation is detected by imported inductive proximity switches,which seriously affect the production safety due to harsh condition and frequent damages.This paper is mainly from modification of these imported switches to explore appropriate domestic switches to stable dumper's performance and reduce failure rate. |
