摘 要: | 应用双重非线性有限元对荷载效应影响下的KX型圆钢管相贯节点进行了广泛的数值分析,获得了荷载效应影响下节点的极限承载力与破坏模式。根据不同几何参数(βx、τx和Φi)对节点极限承载力的影响规律,总结出在同样的支腹杆轴力比下,支杆管径的变化对节点极限承载力的影响较大,而支杆壁厚τx与横向夹角Φi的变化对节点的极限承载力基本没有影响。工程设计中空间KX型节点的支腹杆管径不应相差过大,且在满足工艺要求的基础之上可选择相对较薄的支杆壁厚。

Research on ultimate bearing capacity of multi-planar circular steel tubular KX-joints under load effect |

Abstract: | With the method of double nonhnear finite element, the circular steel tubular KX-joints is widely investigated numerically under load effect. The ultimate capacity and failure modes of KX-joints are described by load effect. According to the effect laws of different geometric parameters βx, τx and φi to the ultimate strength, the change of diameter of X branch is much obvious to the ultimate capacity of KX-joints under the same ratio of X branch to K branch, but the change of parameters τx and is nearly no influence to the ultimate strength. In actual construction design, the diameter of X branch and K branch of multi-planar KX-joints should not vary too,and use the thinner thickness' X branch in the basis of meeting process requirement. |
