二氧化硅负载聚-γ-氨丙基硅氧烷-钌-钴双金属络合物催化烯烃醛化反应的研究

摘    要:合成了高活性烯烃醛化催化剂,二氧化硅负载聚.-γ-氨丙基硅氧烷-钌-钴双金属络合物(SiO_2-Si-NH_2-Ru-Co),XPS和IR分析表明,络合物中氮原子与金属间形成了配应键.研究对苯乙烯醛化反应的最佳条件为:Ru/Co摩尔比2/1,温度130-140℃,CO/H_2比为1/1-1/2。该催化剂稳定性高,可重复使用。

Abstract:An effective hydroformylation catalyst,silica-supported poly-γ-aminopropylsiloxane-rutheni-um-cobalt bimeta11ic complex(abbreviated as SiO_2-Si-NH_2-Ru-Co)has been prepared. XPS and IRanalysis showed that coordination bonds were formed between nitrogen and metals in the com-plex. The optimal reaction conditions for hydroformylation of stvrene were found to be:Ru/Comolar ratio of 2/l,temperature of l30-l40℃and CO/H_2 ratio of1/1-1/2.The catalyst was sta-ble during the reaction and could be used repeatedly.
