| 摘 要： | 拉曼光谱技术是一种分析物质成分的手段。每种物质有其特异性的拉曼光谱,拉曼光谱形状和强度的变化可反映物质成分的改变。通过对比正常组织和癌变组织拉曼光谱的差异,可用于癌症的动态监测和早期诊断。在医学研究中,拉曼光谱技术应用于在体和离体组织,其对胃癌的诊断已成为研究热点。本文就拉曼光谱在胃癌诊断中的应用作一综述。

| Abstract: | Raman spectroscopy is an approach for analysis of material composition.Each material has its specific Raman spectrum.The change of tissue composition could be reflected by change of Raman spectral shape and intensity.Comparing the differences of Raman spectrum between normal and tumor tissue could provide significant potential for dynamic monitoring and early diagnosis of carcinoma.The use of Raman spectroscopy in vivo and in vitro to diagnose gastric carcinoma has become a hotspot of study.This article reviewed the application of Raman spectroscopy in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma. |
