| 摘 要： | 介绍了武钢第一炼钢厂铝钢生产的连铸工艺控制,主要从钢包、保护浇铸、中包内衬与覆盖剂、塞棒水口、保护渣、结晶器液面自动控制、结晶器振动以及结晶器电磁搅拌等8个方面,分析了其对铝钢生产的影响,提出了相应的控制措施.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the continuous casting process of aluminum steel production in No.1 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO.Eight factors that influence aluminum steel production are discussed in the paper.They are: ladle,protective casting,tundish lining and clad material,stopper nozzle,mold powder,mold liquid level control,mold oscillation and electro-magnetic stirring.Finally,corresponding measures to improve aluminum steel production are put forward. |
