产业转型升级与高职本科教育发展——以地方应用型本科转型高职本科为选择

产业转型升级使社会对技术应用性人才的需求规模不断扩大、需求层次不断提升,同时也迫切要求举办本科层次高职教育。结合我国高等教育(普通高等教育和高等职业教育)现状,当前发展高职本科教育主要有三种基本路径:新建高职本科院校、现有高职专科院校升格本科和地方应用型本科转型高职本科院校,其中,地方应用型本科的高职转型是最为理想的路径选择。要积极促进高职专科与应用型本科合理衔接,加快推进地方应用型本科教育向高职转型,使区域内应用性人才培养的整体规模、层次与素质结构符合产业转型升级的现实需要。

Industry Transformation and Upgrading and the Development of Higher Vocational Undergraduate Education:Transformation of Local Application-oriented Undergraduate to Higher Vocational Undergraduate Education as a Solution

Industry transformation and upgrading calls for a large number of higher-level applied talents in the society and development of undergraduate higher vocational education.Considering the current situation of higher education in China,including regular higher education and higher vocational education,there are three different basic gateways to the development of higher vocational undergraduate education,i.e.,setting up new vocational college,upgrading the current higher vocational college into undergraduate college,transforming the local application-oriented undergraduate to higher vocational undergraduate education,of which the most practicable solution is the last one.Thus,a reasonable connection between higher vocational education and application-oriented undergraduate education should be actively promoted,and meanwhile,the transformation of the latter to the former should also be facilitated so as to guarantee that the scale,the level and the quality structure of the applied talents cultivated meet the demand of industry transformation and upgrading.
