| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、问卷法、统计法等研究方法，对河南省在校大学生参加阳光体育运动现状进行调查分析，全面分析不同年级和性别的大学生在课外体育锻炼的天数、强度、动机和影响因素等方面的现状，为更好地开展大学生课外体育锻炼，提供相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Using the literature material, the questionnaire, the statistics method,the paper does the investigation of undergraduate students participating the extracurricular sunlight sports situation in Henan Province, and carries on the diagnosis, comprehensive study of different grade and differrent sex university student in extracurricular physical training number of days, intensity, motive and influencing factors in present situations, in order to carry out the university student extracurricular physical training well, provide the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion. |
