摘    要:目的:探讨以患者新鲜血清标本制备室内控制品,并将其用于室内质控的可能性。方法以胱抑素C(Cys-C)为例,用Olympus AU5400公司生化分析仪检测患者血清标本第1、3、5、8天Cys-C水平,观察其稳定性;并与Bio-RAD公司质控品同时作为质控品测定3个月,分别计算均值(x)、标准差(SD)和变异系数(CV%),观察质控效果。结果自制质控品和Bio-RAD质控品 x、SD和CV%进行比较,质控效果相似,且前者数据一致性更强。结论自制质控品性能符合室内质量控制的要求,可在常规工作中应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of self-made controls prepared from fresh serum of patients in the internal quality control (ICQ) .Methods Cystatin C (Cys-C) was detected in serum samples of patients by using Olympus automatic biochemical analyzer at the 1st ,3rd ,5th and 8th day after the collection of samples .And serum samples of patients were used as control material and detected with Bio-RAD control material for three months .Mean value ,standard deviation and coefficient of variation were analyzed .Results The performance of self-made control material and Bio-RAD control material were similar for the ICQ ,according to the data of mean value ,standard devia-tion and coefficient of the different control materials ,and the stability of self-made controls was even better than the later .Conclusion The quality of self-made controls from fresh serum of patients could meet the requirements of ICQ ,and could be applied in routine work .
