| 摘 要： | 目的：对1例急性妊娠期脂肪肝（AFLP）患者实施药学服务,探讨临床药师如何在临床实践中发挥作用。方法：针对具体病例,药师参与临床诊疗过程,并对患者提出合理的药学监护,提高药物治疗水平。结果与结论：临床药师在药物治疗中能运用专业所长,加强安全、有效用药,提高合理用药水平。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To provide pharmaceutical care for one patient with acute fatty liver of pregnancy and explore the approaches for clinical pharmacists to play a role in clinical practice. METHODS： Clinical pharmacist was involved in the diagnosis and treatment of specific case and put forward reasonable pharmaceutical care for patients to improve the level of medical treatment. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The clinical pharmacists can make use of their expertise in drug treatment to intensify safe and rational use of drugs so as to improve the level of drug use |
