强心利尿剂联合硝普钠治疗顽固性心力衰竭效果分析

目的：探讨强心利尿剂多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法：选取本院2008年1月～2010年1月收治的96例顽固性心力衰竭患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组给予常规治疗,包括给氧、休息,指导饮食、抗感染、强心、利尿、扩张血管等,观察组在对照组的基础上给予多巴胺＋硝普钠,比较两组治疗效果。结果：对照组总有效率为75.00%,观察组总有效率为93.75%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组血压、心率、LVEF优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组副反应无差异（P〉0.05）。结论：常规治疗的基础上给予多巴胺加硝普钠治疗顽固性心力衰竭效果更明显,能明显改善心功能,提高LVEF,且不会增加副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Effect analysis of cardiac diuretic combined sodium nitroprusside in treatment of refractory heart failure

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of cardiac diuretics（DA） combined with sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods：96 patients with intractable heart failure patients in January 2008 to January 2010 were divided into control group and observation group,48 cases each.Control group received conventional treatment,included oxygen,rest,diet guidance,anti-infection,cardiac,diuretic,blood vessels expand,the observation group received dopamine ＋ sodium nitroprusside on the basis of the control group,therapeutic effects were compared.Results：The control group total effective rate was 75.00%,the observation group was 93.75%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;blood pressure,heart rate,LVEF of observation group were better than the control group（P0.05）;two groups had no difference in side effects（P0.05）.Conclusion：The conventional treatment plus dopamine on sodium nitroprusside treatment of refractory heart failure,the effect is more obvious,it can significantly improve the heart function,improve LVEF,and will not increase the side effects,worthy of clinical application.
