| 摘 要： | 目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗炎症性肠病的临床效果及安全性,并了解其对炎症性肠病活动期高凝状态的影响。方法将103例炎症性肠病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液静滴。结果治疗组D-二聚体及凝血酶原片段F1+2较治疗前明显下降(P0.05);治疗组总有效率42%,对照组20%,2组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液可改善炎症性肠病患者高凝状态,能及早阻断肠黏膜微血栓的形成,提高患者的治愈率。
