复方苦参注射液联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者毒副反应及免疫功能的影响

目的 观察注射用复方苦参注射液联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者毒副反应及免疫功能的影响.方法 90例NSCLC患者随机分为观察组42例和对照组48例,对照组采用NP方案（长春瑞滨＋卡铂）化疗,观察组在此基础上加用复方苦参注射液静脉滴注,共治疗4个周期.结果 2组临床疗效无显著差异（P＞0.05）,但观察组Ⅲ～Ⅳ级毒副反应发生率均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗后2组CD8＋细胞亚群、CD4＋/CD8＋及免疫球蛋白均有显著变化（P＜0.01）,组间差异显著（P＜0.01）;且2组生活质量显著改善（P＜0.01）,组间差异显著（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.结论 复方苦参注射液可减轻晚期NSCLC患者化疗的毒副作用,改善免疫功能,提高生活质量.

Effects of Compound Kushen Injection combined with chemotherapy on adverse reactions and immune function of patients with non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To observe the effects of Compound Kushen Injection combined with chemotherapy on adverse reactions and immune function of patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）.Methods Ninety patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into observation group （n =42） and control group （n =48）.The control group was given the chemotherapy of NP regimen,while the observation group was intravenously injected Compound Kushen Injection based on the treatment of the control group,and 4-cycle treatment was performed in both groups.Results Significant difference was not presented with regard to the efficacy in both groups （P 〉 0.05）,but the incidence of grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ adverse reactions in the observation group was markedly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,all CDs ＋ cell subset,CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ and immunoglobulin in both groups changed notably （P 〈 0.01）,and there was statistical significance among groups （P 〈 0.01）.Additionally,the quality of life was improved significantly in both groups （P 〈 0.01）,and there was statistical significance among groups （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion For patients with NSCLC,Compound Kushen Injection can relieve the adverse reactions of chemotherapy,improve immune function and quality of life.
