| 摘 要： | 本文主要分析了影响企业库存管理的因素,针对目前国内企业的库存现状,提出了供应链中库存与服务水平的集成优化方法及在实现过程中应注意的问题.供应链管理模式下的库存是一个特殊的库存概念,它通过实施特定的库存控制策略,实现各节点企业库存量的最优化.这样,就可以解决仓库建设,在库品的保管、维护、装卸、搬运等费用,人员配备,库存占用的大量流动资金以及在库品的老化、变质等问题,提高库存管理效益.
