对循环流化床锅炉J形返料阀以充气口高度、J阀管径和J阀管转弯处圆弧段所包围的角度这3个因素作为影响J阀调节性能的结构因素 ,以物料流量和J阀充气量之间的线性相关系数、回归直线斜率和流量调节范围为优化试验指标 ,通过正交试验获得了J阀的最优结构

Experimental Researches on the J-Shaped Re-Feed Valve in a Loop Fluidized-Bed Boiler

The optimum structure of the J shaped re feed valve in a loop fluidized bed boiler was obtained by using orthogonal tests considering the height of the inflation inlet,the diameter of the J shaped valve tube, the angle that was surrounded with the arc at the bending of the valve tube,and the optimum test indexes of the linear relative coefficient between the material flow and gas filled quantity,of the regression straight slope,of the flow regulation range of the J shaped re feed valve in a loop fluidized bed boiler.
