摘    要:为研究蝇体内SOD活力和MDA含量随年龄增长的变化趋势。将不同天龄雌雄果蝇分别制成匀浆,测定匀浆中SOD活和和MDA含量。果蝇体内SOD活力在40、50天龄以前是随增龄而上升,进入老龄后开始下降;除老龄果蝇外雌雄果蝇体内MDA含量随增龄而增加。其它各组的SOD和MDA在雌雄果蝇之间均表现出有显性差异。标志体体对自由基防御机能的SOD活力与标志自由基对要体损伤程度的MDA含量是密切关联的。

Abstract:To study the age-dependent variation of superoxied dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyed (MDA) contents in drosophila melanogaster. Drosophila melanogaster of different ages (days) were homogenates were examined. For ages of drosophila younger than 40, 50 days, the SOD activity increased along with advancing age, while that decreased in aged drosophila. The level of MDA increased significantly along with aging. There are statistical difference of SOD activity and MDA contents between male and female files in every group except aged group.
