从筋疽理论论治糖尿病足坏疽临床研究

目的:观察从筋疽理论论治糖尿病足坏疽的临床疗效。方法:通过574例糖尿病足坏疽患者病例资料回顾性总结,分析其一般资料、临床疗效、炎症指标及糖代谢指标。结果:574例患者保肢成功率99.13%;治疗后患者C反应蛋白(Creactive protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factorα,TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(interleukin 6,IL-6)与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗后患者空腹血糖(fasting blood-glucose,FPG)、C肽、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb A1c)与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:从筋疽理论论治糖尿病足坏疽的临床疗效满意,可显著降低患者炎症因子水平和血糖水平。

Discussion on Treatment Diabetic Foot Gangrene from Tendon-gangrene Theory

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Tendon-gangrene theory on diabetic foot gangrene.Methods:A total of 574 patients with diabetic foot gangrene were retrospectively reviewed.The general data,clinical efficacy,inflammation index and glucose metabolism were analyzed.Results:The success rate of limb salvage was 99.13％ in 574 patients.C-reactive protein (CRP),tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α),interleukin 6 were compared before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.01).Mter treatment,fasting blood glucose (FPG),C-peptide,glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1 c) were significantly higher than those before treatment(P ＜0.01),and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of diabetic gangrene based on the theory of gangrene is significant,with which can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors and blood glucose.
