摘    要:介绍了一种利用红外光谱检测原理实时检测高温气体的便携式系统。采用半导体激光器作为光源的新型红外光谱吸收与高温辐射相结合的方法,设计了高温气体检测的红外传感器;开发了以S3CA480为核心,包括A/D转换模块、键盘输入模块、LED显示模块、串口通信模块在内的ARM中央硬件处理平台。与传统的同类传感器相比,本系统具有响应速度快、高精度等优点;系统采用了ARM嵌入式处理器,实时性好,可脱机运行,携带方便,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:A potable testing system for high-temperature with infrared laser spectral detection principle is introduced. Applied new thermometry which combined spectral absorption with high-temperature radiation in temperature testing, the infrared sensor for high-temperature detection is designed. The ARM hardware platform centralized on S3C44B0 is developed. It consists of A/D conversion module, LED display module and serial port communication module. Compared with the traditional sensors, the infrared sensor for high-temperature detection is characterized by rapid respond speed and high accuracy. With the ARM embedded processor, this system has advantages of good real-time performance, offline operation and portability. It has the broad application prospect .
