| 摘 要： | 目的:比较臀大肌入路小切口与传统后外侧入路在人工全髋关节置换术(THA)中的临床应用效果。方法:选取行THA手术的76例患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各38例。观察组采用小切口臀大肌入路,对照组采用传统后外侧入路。比较两组手术时间、显性失血量(术中失血量+术后引流量)、切口长度、疼痛程度(VAS评分法)、术后1、4、6周Harris评分及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组切口长度明显短于对照组,显性出血量明显少于对照组,术后1 d VAS评分明显低于对照组,术后4、6周的Harris评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组均有1例(2.63%)患者出现深静脉血栓,两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:臀大肌入路小切口THA手术可减少术中出血量,缩短手术切口,患者术后疼痛轻,髋关节功能较优。
