摘    要:以硫酸钛为原料,采用低温控制水解法制备出了粒径为10nm的纳米二氧化钛粉体。着重讨论了控制反应条件,对钛液水解中生成的原级粒子的影响。通过调节反应温度和pH,可以控制原级粒子完全为具有锐钛矿晶型的钛酸,有利于生成颗粒细小均匀的纳米二氧化钛。

Abstract:The anatase TiO_2 nanoparticles with 10 nm were prepared by low-temperature controlled hydrolysis method.In which the Ti(SO_4)_2 was used as a raw material.The effects of reaction conditions on the forming of precursor in hydrolysis of titanate solution were discussed emphatically.By adjusting the reaction temperature and pH,the precursor can be controlled totally as H_2TiO_3 with anatase crystal form,which was good for forming homogeneous TiO_2 nanoparticles.
